Coronavirus (COVID-19) travel advice
The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is impacting travel around the world. Restrictions have been placed on travel to certain locations and there may be limitations to the availability of accommodations . These restrictions may limit or entirely prohibit your ability to travel and/or stay in hotels or other forms of accommodation. We encourage you to check if travel and staying in accommodation in your chosen location is possible and to book fully refundable tickets and accommodation if possible.
For bookings made on or after 6 April 2020, we advise you to consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated government measures.
We are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety based on the recommendations of the National crisis headquarter, WHO, CDC, Ministry of Health!
STAFF:
- Personal protective equipment for all employees in the hotel complex;
- Training of staff in the special code of practice and behavior at work and after;
- Daily health screening of staff before entering the workplace;
RECEPTION:
- PVC protectors at the reception desk;
- Personal service upon check-in to ensure safe distance;
